Nickel Ball Valve is made up of nickel alloys. There are different types of nickel alloys and Suraj Metal Corporationis a manufacturer and supplier of the different types of nickel based valves. There are also the Nickel Plated Brass Ball Valve types which are not made up of entire nickel alloys but are plated with nickel. There are non – return valves that are used in unidirectional flow systems.
The Nickel 200 NRV Valve is made up of a commercially pure nickel grade. It is very much corrosion resistant and strong with particular resistance against acids and oxidizing agents. The Ni 200 Butterfly Valve and other types are used in chemical and acidic processing applications. The corrosion resistance of the valves such as the Nickel 200 UNS N02200 Swing Check Valve makes them applicable in food production systems as well. These are expensive as commercially pure nickel is expensive than the ordinary stainless steel grades. But the use of Nickel UNS N02200 Needle Valve and other types reduce the corrosion and damage to the systems greatly. So the different types of valves such as the Nickel N02200 Check Valve are used in sensitive systems and applications despite the cost.
